Recently, ISKY Circular Energy Technology (Guangxi) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ISKY Circular Energy") formally signed a memorandum of cooperation with the leading lithium battery manufacturer, EVE Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EVE"), to engage in in-depth collaboration across four core dimensions: sharing and coordinating lithium battery recycling information and markets, jointly building and sharing a nationwide recycling network, ensuring the supply and recycling of regenerated materials, and advancing ESG and low-carbon certification.

ISKY Circular Energy is currently the only enterprise in Guangxi listed on both "Second-Life Application and Disassembly Recycling" white lists for end-of-life power batteries issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and it is also one of Guangxi's first batch of key enterprises on the dual white lists. Its parent company, ISKY Chemicals Co., Ltd., is a leading global supplier of manganese-based materials for new energy batteries. Leveraging strong R&D capabilities and advanced production processes, the company is committed to providing global customers with high-grade, high-performance, safe, and reliable green solutions.

EVE is a company focused on the R&D, production, and sales of consumer batteries, power batteries, and ESS batteries. Dedicated to "accelerating the interconnection of all things through full-scenario lithium battery solutions," EVE has established a comprehensive R&D platform covering materials, battery cells, BMS, and systems. It has formed five business segments: EVE Innovation, EVE Energy Storage, EVE Power, strategic collaboration, and the global cooperative operation model (CLS). Its products are widely used in smart living, green transportation, energy transition, and other fields.

The two parties will integrate their respective advantages in lithium battery manufacturing, second-life applications, recycling networks, and materials R&D. By jointly building and sharing national and global recycling networks, they aim to establish a stable and reliable "urban mine" collection system. Building on ISKY Circular Energy's regional strengths in Guangxi, Hunan, Jiangsu, and other areas, as well as EVE's technical expertise in power battery manufacturing, maintenance, and remanufacturing, the two sides will collaborate in areas such as bus battery swapping, heavy-duty truck battery swapping, low-speed EVs, second-life applications, battery crushing, battery pack disassembly, and remanufacturing. They will focus on creating demonstration projects for the safe recycling and utilization of end-of-life lithium batteries, expanding business and application scenario development. At the same time, they will deepen cooperation in ESG and low-carbon certification, advance product carbon footprint and circular recycling certifications, enhance the brand's green competitiveness, and build an integrated and sustainable lithium battery recycling industry service system. They aim to create a green benchmark that leads the industry and secure a future "green passport" for the company.

This strategic collaboration with EVE has laid a solid foundation for long-term mutual benefit, added a powerful engine to ISKY's sustainable development, and marked a crucial step for ISKY in building a green ecosystem throughout the entire life cycle of batteries.

Baota Mountain Converter Station's AC System Energized, Marking Key Milestone in UHV Project
On February 5, the AC system of the Baota Mountain Converter Station, the sending - end station of the ±800 kV North Shaanxi - Anhui UHV DC power transmission project, was successfully energized for the first time. This marks that the AC system of the converter station has entered the startup commissioning stage, and the entire AC system of the project is expected to be put into operation before the Spring Festival. It is reported that the rated voltage of the North Shaanxi - Anhui UHV project is ±800 kV, with a rated capacity of 8 million kilowatts, and a dynamic investment of 20.5 billion yuan. The project starts from the Baota Mountain Converter Station in Yan'an City, Shaanxi Province, and ends at the Hezhou Converter Station in Hefei City, Anhui Province. It passes through three provi

World's First Multi-Source DC Project in Jiangsu Completes Phase II, Boosts Cross-River Power Transmission
On February 12, the second - phase project of the ±200 kV DC power transmission project from Yangzhou to Zhenjiang in Jiangsu, which is the world's first multi - source commutated DC power transmission project and China's first AC - DC hybrid cross - river project, was completed and put into operation. The project's transmission line is about 228 kilometers long, with a transmission capacity of 1.2 million kilowatts. It passes through three cities (Huai'an, Yangzhou, and Zhenjiang) and seven counties. Among them, a 47 - kilometer new - built DC transmission line is erected on the same tower as the 500 kV AC line, and two new converter stations are built. Without adding a new cross - Yangtze - River power transmission channel, the original cross - river power transmission capacity has been
